Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries using FedEx or UPS.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped from the U.S. Typically, delivery takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in the U.S. is free for orders over $39

Can I track my order?

Returns & Warranty

What is the return policy?

HEISR offers a 30-day return window on items purchased directly from our official store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (product must be unused and in original condition)

How do I initiate a return?

How will I be refunded?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Do I pay return shipping?

Is there a warranty?

Yes. HEISR products come with a 2-year limited warranty

How do I claim the warranty?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
