At Heisr, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery Time
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: see the country/region table below (business days)
- Pre-sale items ship per the announced schedule.
- All times are estimates based on historical logistics data and are for reference only.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes or remote territories not listed below.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Before Shipment
- Order Cancellation: Cancel free of charge before shipment for a full refund.
- Change of Address: Free of charge before shipment.
After Shipment
- Order Cancellation: Not possible once shipped. If delivery is rejected, outbound & return shipping plus a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Change of Address: $10 handling fee after shipment (not guaranteed).
Order Tracking
- Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
- You can also check order status in your Heisr account.
- Contact support@Heisr.com and we will reply within 24 hours.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, contact us within 3 business days. After this period, please contact the carrier directly.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Wrong item / damaged on arrival / quality issue: email support@Heisr.com with clear photos within 3 business days of receipt. We’ll investigate and offer reshipment or refund.
- In-transit loss (no insurance): we will open a carrier investigation (up to 15 business days). Refunds are issued after the investigation confirms loss.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but not received, contact us within 3 business days for guidance.
Shipping Insurance (Optional — Customer Files Directly with Insurer)
If you purchase Shipping Insurance at checkout, any claims for loss, theft after delivery, or in-transit damage must be filed directly with the insurance company. Heisr does not submit or adjudicate insurance claims.
- How to claim: Gather order number, recipient name, contact info, tracking number, and photos/videos (if damaged). File directly via the insurer’s portal/email shown on your insurance confirmation.
- Deadlines: Delivered but not received — contact the insurer within 3 business days of delivery scan. In-transit loss/visible damage — contact the insurer within 3 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date if never arrived).
- Notes: Insurance fee is non-refundable. Claims may be denied for incorrect addresses, forwarding/pickup services, missing evidence, or late submission. If you did not purchase insurance, our standard “Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items” policy applies.
Delays from Unforeseen Events
We’re not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (severe weather, customs holds, carrier strikes, peak seasons, etc.). If such events occur, we’ll provide an updated estimate.
Carrier Responsibility
Heisr is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx, etc.).
